Terms of service

2. Products. Main characteristics are on each product page. Photos are not contractual as to colour shades.

3. Prices. In euros including VAT and all applicable contributions. The product price is the same in every country we deliver to. Free delivery in zone 1, flat rate shown before payment in zone 2 (see Shipping policy).

4. Order. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarises the order.

5. Payment. By the payment methods offered at checkout (card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay depending on availability) and, if active at checkout, Klarna (instalments subject to Klarna's approval).

6. Delivery. Ships in 48h, delivered in 10-15 business days (see Shipping policy). This delivery time, or date for pre-orders, is a commitment. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Withdrawal. 30 days from delivery (see Refund policy). A "Withdraw from the contract here" link is available on every page.

8. Legal guarantees. 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects.

9. Complaints and mediation. Complaints can be sent to info@trivelle.eu. If a dispute is not resolved, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge: Service de médiation pour le consommateur, North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Bruxelles, mediationconsommateur.be.

10. Governing law. Belgian law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
