Refund policy

30 days to change your mind. The law gives you 14 days; we give you 30 from delivery, with no reason needed. To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from the contract here" link at the bottom of every page, or send the form below (or any clear statement) to info@trivelle.eu. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement by email.

The product must be returned complete, in its original or protective packaging, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal statement, to: GELAD SRL, Rue de Verdun 750 boîte 5, 1130 Bruxelles, Belgique. Return costs are borne by you. Due to its size, the product cannot be returned by standard post: estimated cost 90 à 150 € from mainland France and Belgium. We refund all sums paid, including initial delivery costs, using the original payment method, within 14 days of your statement; we may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of its dispatch.

Guarantees: 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, and guarantee against hidden defects, under the law applicable to your country of residence.
